Stress Less is a stress clinic offering a wide range of services for exhausted and stressed individuals, entrepreneurs and workplaces — online and at our studio in Malmö.
You can choose single coaching sessions or packages focused on self care routines, conversation, personal growth and recovery. We always begin by mapping your needs and setting a shared goal.
Stress is an individual challenge, so we always work from a holistic view of wellbeing. We are also here for you who have already received a burnout diagnosis but feel you haven't gotten the support you need.

Carl has over ten years of experience practising and teaching stress therapy, meditation and medical yoga. He helps individuals manage and ease stress through holistic methods where mindfulness, physical activity and presence are woven together.
In his work Carl guides clients toward greater wellbeing by uniting physical health with mental and spiritual growth — and through existential conversations that help people find their values and a clearer direction in life.
